Your local Labour Party is made up of ordinary members who live and work in the community. We’re volunteers, neighbours, and colleagues who care about improving life in our area and making sure local voices are heard.
Every Constituency Labour Party (CLP) has a structure that helps members take part, shape decisions, and stay informed. Some people get involved by attending meetings, others by helping at events, and many simply stay connected through updates and discussions. All levels of involvement are welcome.
Our CLP exists to:
- bring local members together
- discuss issues affecting our community
- select and support local representatives
- organise meetings, events, and training
- ensure Labour members have a democratic voice
